Apleona Real Estate Management is taking on the property management for three further building sections in the Andreas Quartier in Düsseldorf. Specifically, it concerns building sections AQ 1 with 5,530 m² of rental space to be used as offices and for catering, AQ 3 with 3,130 m² of office, seminar, and event space, and AQ 7 with space to be used as offices, for catering, and for commerce. All building sections were completed at the end of 2018. The mandates will initially run for between 18 and 24 months. Apart from tenant support, the agreed property management services include service provider management, energy consulting, tenant fit-out, and letting. Clients include various national and international investors. Apleona is taking care of these parts of the urban quarters from its regional office in Düsseldorf. Apleona has already been managing 80 rental apartment units in AQ 8.1 and AQ 8.2 of the Andreas Quartier since 2017 and thus now manages a total of 18,330 m² of rental space in these quarters.

The mixed-use urban quarters, right in the heart of the Düsseldorf Altstadt, the old town, have eight building sections, including the former regional and district court, which has been converted into serviced apartments, a hotel, and several restaurants. The building complex is in a central location in the Düsseldorf Altstadt between Ratinger Straße in the north, Neubrückstraße in the east, Mühlenstraße in the south, and Liefergasse in the west.
