Apleona Real Estate Management has won the Real Estate Brand Award in the Property Management category for the fourth time. The award is one of the most important awards for property managers on the European market and represents brand strength.
Every year, the European Real Estate Brand Institute honours the strongest corporate brands in the real estate industry in a total of 12 categories. The event took place again this year as a digital livestream on 23 June 2021 from Berlin's Axica and was hosted by Barbara Schöneberger and Real Estate Brand Institute CEO Harald Steiner.

Apleona Real Estate Management was awarded the Real Estate Brand Award as best property manager for the fourth time in a row, leaving competitors Strabag and Tattersal Lorenz behind. Dr. Ralf Lehmann, who was live in the arena on the evening of the award ceremony, is very pleased about the coveted diamond: "A big thank you goes to the employees of Apleona Real Estate Management - without their excellent performance, the first place as the strongest brand in property management would not have been possible". Apleona Real Estate clients Patrizia and Art-Invest were also delighted to receive an award.

The European Real Estate Brand Institute has been evaluating major corporate brands in the real estate industry throughout Europe for 13 years. As part of the largest empirical brand value study in the real estate industry, around 110,000 industry experts were surveyed on over 1,400 European corporate brands.
