New employee at Neumarkt Galerie

In November, the humanoid robot "Pepper" introduced himself as a new employee at the Neumarkt Galerie in Cologne. This was made possible by the cooperation with the company Entrance Robotics GmbH. Pepper is used to control the observance of the mask obligation and the minimum distances of the visitors. Pepper speaks, sings and dances, with his gestures and facial expressions he reacts in a very human way and quickly becomes a popular figure. In addition, the escalator handrails were equipped with UVC modules to kill germs, viruses and bacteria and provide visitors with a safe shopping experience.

"Care Invest Deutschland I", the special fund managed by Apleona Invest, acquired a high-quality senior living facility in Bergisch-Gladbach in August 2021. The property is a senior residence with exclusive apartments and a comprehensive range of services in a central location in the Bensberg district. The seller was the Specht Group, a project developer and operator of care and senior citizen properties active throughout Germany. Apleona Invest was advised legally by BUSE Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB, fiscally by Andersen and technically by DGI Real Estate Management & Advisory GmbH. AAETAS Consult has brokered the transaction.
