Apleona Real Estate GmbH is expanding its management team:With effect from 1 April 2026, Raphael Lerner has been appointed as a further managing director of the company.
Under an existing management agreement, Apleona Real Estate Management has secured the long-term commitment of the main tenant at the Berliner Tor Center in Hamburg.

Cologne, September 25, 2025 – Companies are aware of the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in property management – but there are significant shortcomings when it comes to practical implementation. This is shown by the survey "AI in Property Management," which Apleona Real Estate Management conducted together with Rueckerconsult in July and August 2025. Forty-six specialists and managers from the real estate industry were surveyed.

For the fourth consecutive year, Apleona has demonstrated a reduction in emissions from vehicles, buildings and business travel per euro of revenue. Savings achieved through green real estate solutions at customer sites are 2.3 times higher than Apleona's direct emissions.

The Apleona Group is expanding its Executive Board to include the position of Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and appointing Dr Pascal Engel to the Executive Board as of 1 April 2025.
