Expansion of the management team at Apleona Real Estate

Neu‑Isenburg, 1. April 2026 – Apleona Real Estate GmbH is expanding its management team:
With effect from 1 April 2026, Raphael Lerner has been appointed as a further managing director of the company.

With this expansion, Apleona Real Estate is responding to the company’s ongoing growth and strategic development.

Raphael Lerner has been Finance Director at Apleona Real Estate since 2024 and has extensive experience in commercial management, building and developing organisations, as well as in M&A transactions and post-merger integrations.

In his new role, Raphael Lerner will be responsible in particular for the commercial organisation, the management of key accounts, as well as the areas of IT and digitalisation, start-up & process management, and HSEQ.

By expanding the management team, Apleona Real Estate is specifically strengthening its organisational and structural foundations to drive the company’s further development and the provision of high-quality support to its clients in a sustainable manner.
